KASHYAP: impulse frequency descaler
Anti-scale mineral descalers were installed to remove clogging in cooling tower fills and intercooler compressors. After 45 days the observed scaling has been removed.

January 3, 2017: Photos of cooling tower CT01 fills (Main plant) intercooler of LP02 Compressors were taken and showing mineral scale deposits.
February 23, 2017 (45 days later): the equipment was rechecked and no scaling was observed. The chiller condenser approach temp of chiller #1 was recorded as 35°F (1.9°C) and after 45 days there was no change in the temperature. This showed us there was no new mineral scale being formed in the chiller's condenser lines.
