The Mumbai area has extremely hard water. Before the mineral descalers the condenser tubes were frequently cleaned. After 1 year with the Kashyap mineral descaling technology the condenser tubes are only inspected annually.

3 impulse frequency mineral descalers were installed at this power plant to prevent scaling inside cooler tubes for the purpose of improving efficiency and lowering mechanical cleaning and maintenance.

To prevent the scale build-up in cooling tower, HVAC condenser and to reduce the cleaning costs. Club O7 now only has to check condenser tubes once in a year for general cleaning.

The Pune area has extremely hard water requiring hotel maintenance staff to constantly scrub showers and shower heads to keep them clean. Before the mineral descalers were installed the hotel’s chiller tubes and cooling tower fills had to be descaled every 4 months due to shrink pipe diameter.

The Kashyap solution against scale and rust was installed at Shilpa Medicare to remove mineral scaling. Before the devices were installed the company had to descale the HVAC Condenser tubes every 2 months. Since the installation the company only checks the condenser tubes once a year as part of their general maintenance.

The continuous casting machine (CCM) is subjected to 2,192°F (1,200°C) and a large amount of mineral scale would build-up in the equipment causing continuous production delays. Now that the Kashyap-250 model has been installed, the factory no longer experiences production loss or delays caused by having to manually remove excessive mineral scale deposits.

To remove existing scales and fight further scale deposition in a AHU Nozzles Before Kashyap mineral descalers were installed at the company's Textile Division; the Spinning Plant would have to deal with very high mineral scale content/ hardness level of 29 GPG (500 PPM). After the Kashyap installation when mineral hardness content would reach as high as 57 GPG (975 PPM) all piping, nozzles and AHU sheets woudl strill be clean and free of scale build-up.

Anti-scale mineral descalers were installed to remove clogging in cooling tower fills and intercooler compressors. After 45 days the observed scaling has been removed.

The Kashyap mineral descalers were installed to support the condenser equipment and eliminate the need for chemical treatment or pressure jet cleaning.

After the Kashyap descalers were installed for a few months; the scale in the cooling tower, tube heat exchanger and the pipes become soft allowing our maintenance staff to easily remove the scale with a finger.

The Kashyap technology was installed in the Statue of Unity building to prevent mineral scale deposits from forming inside the cooling tower and HVAC condenser while reduce maintenance cleaning costs.
